Telos forms communities of American peacemakers along lines of difference, equipping them to help reconcile conflict at home and abroad. Historically, our primary focus has been America’s relationship to Israel/Palestine. In recent years, we’ve begun to replicate our model in other conflict and post-conflict areas, which we believe are connected.
Our work building communities of peacemakers is built on three primary strategies:
- Immerse: Through the power of lived experience, we inspire and onboard targeted cohorts of potential leader peacemakers.
- Train: We develop, sustain, and equip a practitioner network of peacemakers across the United States.
- Act: We design, develop, and support our network to participate in advocacy and organizing work.
